How Booking Works

You’ll complete a brief health intake and consent forms before your appointment.
3. Good Faith Exam Review
A licensed provider will review your health information and determine if treatment is appropriate.
4. Relax & Renew
Your RN will arrive at your location, provide care, and help you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

Good Faith Exam Information
For your safety, all clients must complete a Good Faith Exam with a licensed physician
or authorized prescriber before receiving IV hydration or injectable wellness services.
This exam helps determine whether treatment is appropriate based on your health history, current symptoms, medications, and wellness goals.
Good Faith Exams are generally valid for up to one year, as long as there are no significant changes to your health history.
Booking Policies & Important Information
Appointments are not considered fully confirmed until all required forms are completed and your visit is approved.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps us protect appointment availability and prepare appropriately for each visit.
Late Arrivals
Because Lux Renewal Wellness is a mobile service, appointment timing is important. If there are delays or access issues, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
Refunds
Services are customized and prepared based on your appointment. Once supplies have been prepared, screening has been completed, or your appointment has begun, refunds will not be issued. If your appointment is cancelled with sufficient advance notice before preparation begins, a refund or credit may be available at our discretion.
Health & Safety
IV hydration and wellness injections are not appropriate for everyone. Treatment may be declined or postponed based on your health history, symptoms, medications, vital signs, or provider recommendation.
